Hi, is it safe to take choline 300mg during pregnancy?
Choline (Kólín) is safe to take while pregnant. It is good to keep in mind that choline is also found in some types of food, such as lamb and pork liver, egg yolk, cabbage, corn, potatoes, turnips, fish, nuts, soybeans and leafy vegetables. The body can also produce some choline by itself.
It's a good idea to talk to your midwife about taking choline and whether it would be advisable for you.
